Program Overview
Teams must earn certain items in order to complete all of their tasks. Some team members can begin to design and decorate the cakes immediately. So, teams should review all of their tasks, and strategize the best way to achieve their goals
At the end of the activity, the resident Pastry Chef, your executive or our staff will judge the cakes and determine the winner of several categories.

Program Details
Teams will DESIGN & decorate cakes with icons that represent the consumer segmentation. The goal is to work together and be creative….
Individuals will be assigned one of twelve (12) teams (MAY CHANGE) and the director will welcome the group and provide an overview of their fun task. The teams will design the icon . We will allow the teams just a few minutes to brainstorm and sketch out a unique and exciting design.
Teams are provided –
- sheet cake(s) on trays
- basic decorating items
- blank paper and pencils to sketch designs for cake
- fondant icing for added cake designs
- all needed tools including gloves and hand sanitizer
- tall paper chef toques & markers
