Execution

Participants will be given a type of cuisine to create their appetizer (Subject to change):

  • All-American – Cheesy
    Prosciutto wrapped breadsticks
  • Mexican –
    Guacamole & Tortilla Chips
  • Vegetarian -
    Salsa Fresca
  • Mediterranean –
    Dates and Blue Cheese
  • Italian -
    Caprese Skewers

Participants will:

  • Create a Name &
    Logo for Their Food Truck
  • Design & Build
    the “Food Truck”
  • Prepare
    the Food
  • Market
    Their Appetizer
  • Enjoy
    Their Creations

Results
